This includes parts like Side Plates that can endure temperatures up to 800 degrees, Asbestos insulator pipes, holding rings of heat bands, heat bands with high technology Alcrome refractory steel bands and with high level of heat conductivity which can endure temperatures up to 1000 degrees.
As you know super heavy duty machines which can move 160 Tons loads at the mines, use dynamic brake systems or the same electric brakes in order to prevent extra pressure applied on mechanical brake linings.
This project was offered by the experts of the trading branch of Chadormalu Co. Having the trusts from Chadormalu general manager, site manager and commercial manager and using civil manufacturing ability the project got started. After 8 months of research and co-working with Chadormalu’s experienced mine experts and manufacturing various moulds and fixtures by this company, now we can declare even higher quality compared to foreign equivalents.
